A three star hotel that needs a little tlc.

Very comfortable bed. Nice lobby area. Very pleasant staff. Quiet street.

Needs touch-up in certain areas such as broken mirror, peeling paint, glass on bathtub to prevent floods, replacing bulbs.

The location, so close to the Gare du Nord and the Canal Saint Denis was wonderful. quiet street!

The team was outstanding and went above and beyond in helpings print items, confirm metro connections, find an odd pillow, the list goes on. They are a credit to the company and ownership of the hotel.

there was a consistent loud noise from the air conditioner that tended to wake us up, this might be able to be remedied. In aggregate, it did not change how we felt about the hotel.
