    It is passable. While apartment leaves a lot to be desired, there is nothing so wrong that it would make you want to leave immediately. Location is actually quite good and indeed very calm. Breakfast is okayish, but don't expect too much in variety.

    Carpet floor in the rooms, they gather dust, so if you have allergies that can be serious issue. Sound isolation is virtually non-existent. Sofa beds are not comfortable. The house appears to be quite new but the rooms already show signs of wear and tear, some of the furniture is broken and generally it is not very clean (e. g. spider webs in the corners). On the first night we also had to fend off the invasion of two giant wasps, but that may just have been the coincidence and they do not have the nest on the premises as on the other nights such unwanted guests were absent.
