My wife and I loved this property! Each house there has varying view angles of the mountains and city below, and we were very impressed with how amazing it looked. It was also very clean and felt like a home away from home. It’s also surprising how close you are to the city of Gatlinburg and the national park trails. The only problem we experienced was getting a text/email with instructions on how to enter the property. I had to contact the company the day before our trip, and they confirmed that I should have gotten an email/text, but I did not. But they sent it while I was on the phone with them and immediately resolved the problem. Despite this very small issue, the whole experience this property enabled us to have was beyond expectations and we would love to visit again in the future!

Absolutely beautiful property and very well maintained. Plenty of dishes and cookware and other supplies. I gave a 3 star rating versus a 5 for the following reasons: 1. The temperature of the suite on the lower level was extremely cold. We had to get very creative with insulating the room and closing the other vents upstairs. The temperature on the other levels were comfortable. 2. There were lady bugs flying and dying everywhere. Harmless lady bugs but it was annoying. 3. In the lower suite, wasn't able to close the bathroom door. It constantly sticks and gets caught on metal strip at the floor. Twice I was trapped in the bathroom and it took two of us to maneuver the door open. At that point we just decided that closing the door wasn't a good idea. Unfortunately, we had to shower and use the bathroom with the door open. We made the best out of everything. Overall, everything was good with the exception of those minor challenges that can be easily resolved. I definitely would stay again; assuming those challenges are addressed.
