Location was just far enough out of town but dead opposite a pub doing breakfast and dinners. There was plenty of room in the house and with 4 kids it was easy to keep them apart if need be.

No locks on the toilet doors No dust pan or hoover available

Will definitely book again as we were impressed with property and value for money

The home was well located beautiful home which was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was comfortable, homely and well maintained.

Well worth the money and most enjoyable.

It was self catering , a very nice welcome pack on arrival . Nice airery rooms and nice garden . Great pub across the road with very nice food, good large portions . Also another pub restaurant down a side lane 4 min walk, again nice food . The house is about a mile and a half from Pickering . So well positioned to explore the area . Would stay there anytime .

Great base for a wonderful holiday

Lovely place to stay. And the welcome gift was fantastic too! Great location (especially for a new driver for whom parking can be stressful - I really appreciated the driveway!) Lots of space. Had everything we needed. Cosy and comfortable. Loved sitting out in the garden in the evening watching the birds! Easy distance to Pickering.

Upstairs bathroom had a mild smell. Front door kept sticking, but learnt the knack to it after first day.
