Apartament zdecydowanie warty polecenia!
A first-floor apartment in an excellent location—right next to the famous Accademia in Venice—featuring three bedrooms (two double beds and two singles), a living room combined with a kitchen-dining area, two bathrooms, and a small balcony overlooking the canal. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. We had to rush our arrival to check in before 8:00 PM, as late check-ins incurred extra fees of €50 or €100, depending on the time. However, as it turned out during our trip, this wasn't actually necessary; the check-in was contactless, with the keys waiting in a lockbox, and we returned them the same way. It is also worth noting the early check-out time; the owner emphasized that we had to leave by 10:00 AM at the latest. Communication with the owner was very efficient, taking place first via Booking and later on WhatsApp. The overall coziness, comfort, and phenomenal location in the heart of Venice more than make up for these minor drawbacks.
There are fees for late check-in. If you are arriving late, I recommend checking if online check-in is an option—as was the case for us—so you can collect the keys from a lockbox. The only downside regarding the amenities was the lack of a coffee table in the living room for drinks or snacks. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection in the apartment was also very poor.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, l’endroit est grand et très bien équipé. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon !
L’insistance des hôtes pour connaître notre heure d’arrivée exacte pour venir nous accueillir à l’arrêt de bateau-bus pour au final ne pas venir. Le fait de facturer la sortie des bacs de poubelles de l’immeuble pour un séjour de 2 nuits est également étrange. Il est indiqué que 6 lits pour adultes sont disponibles mais l’un d’entre eux est un lit d’appoint très peu confortable et pas du tout adapté à un adulte de taille normale.

L'accueil notamment via un groupe WhatsApp puis quelqu'un vous attend est incomparable. L'appartement est très grand, propre et très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé.
Rien à redire.
