    comodo, pratico, pulito

    tutto molto bene, gestione efficiente e snella, casa molto pulita e ristrutturata di recente, molto fresca e gradevole. Parte di Venezia fuori dai soliti percorsi, molto gradevole e silenziosa, comunque ben servita dai battelli.

    è tutto come da descrizione, quindi tutto ok

    Udany wypad weekendowy do Wenecji.

    Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Z dworca kolejowego do obiektu ok. 25 minut pieszo. Obiekt położony w spokojnej dzielnicy Dosoduro około 2,2 km od Placu Św. Marka. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze Prix i Conad, niedaleko również przystanki tramwaju wodnego. Dobra wielkość apartamentu i wyposażenia (choć paru rzeczy brakowało). Jest klimatyzacja, która działała sprawnie oraz pralka, co nie zawsze jest standardem. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni.

    Mało komfortowe było obciążenie wynajmujących problemem śmieci. Udało się z tym poradzić ale było to stresujące a w wynajmie jest opłata za sprzątanie. Brakowało też kilku drobiazgów: kubki były 3 ?!, kiepska deska do krojenia, brak ręcznika do naczyń, ściereczki do zlewu, brak mydła w kabinie. Dużo mniej wygodne łóżko w kuchni/pokoju. Słaby sygnał WiFi oraz telewizyjny ale nie oglądać telewizor pojechaliśmy😂
