    Terrible Experience

    The service was terrible. The water pressure was so low that it was impossible to take a shower, and the water was cold. It took the restaurant an hour and a half to serve us two toasts and a soup. The rooms were cold as well. All of this is understandable. We are not guests with unreasonable expectations, and we understand that even a "high-end" hotel can experience these kinds of issues. What I simply cannot accept, however, is that my girlfriend accidentally left a small bloodstain on the bedsheets overnight, only for the receptionist to approach me the following morning with a photo of the stain and a bill for the laundry. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
