Die Betreuung durch Herrn Roberto, die Umgebung der Unterkunft, sehr gut und genau was wir wollten.
Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht, um Frühstück oder ein einfaches Menü herzustellen.

Muito bem centralizado, apartamento confortável e fácil acesso a restaurantes e próximo a paragem de barcos. A recepção do Sr. ROBERTO é maravilhosa e muito acolhedora.

La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passi dal centro e tranquilla con tanti servizi nelle vicinanze, e il quartiere è ottimo e ben collegato. Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo soggiornato durante la Mostra Del Cinema, che era ad una fermata di distanza. La casa era ben fornita, dotata di aria condizionata e di una cucina molto funzionale. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile e la pulizia della casa è stata effettuata molto bene. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo, torneremo sicuramente.

Host was lovely and very helpful. Location was charming, a traditional Venetian building and Neighbourhood close to Arsenale, restaurants and waterbuses. Only a 20 min or so walk from San Marco.
Shower went from too hot to too cold. Comfortable but could do with a bit of updating.
