Lovely place in Bath
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here because of the great location and lovely cozy home. Good size flat, with lots of charm and lovely views. Very central and near everything in Bath. My toddlers loved looking down at all the vehicles from the big window. Coffee, tea and sugar were provided.
There are a lot of stairs but they are far from the worst stairs we have experienced.

Nice location but no heating put a dampener on it
Location, close to train station and other tourist attractions
No heating, only came on when we were leaving, didn’t bother me so much but my 83 year old mother-in-law was feeling very cold, tried contacting the property who said they would change it remotely which didn’t make a difference. Too many stairs as well if your mobility isn’t great, which are very steep and narrow, the initial climb up the stairs had no proper hand rail. Bed side lights didn’t work in one of the rooms.

Wasserschaden in der Wohnung, die Dusche ist übergelaufen, da das Becken quasi ohne Rand ist und auf der unteren Etage ist alles aus der Decke getropft. Sieht auch so aus, als wäre das nicht zum ersten Mal passiert - überall Wasserflecken. Außerdem ist das Wasser durch den Boden gezogen bis in den Kleiderschrank eines der Schlafzimmer und Sachen, die dort auf dem Boden lagen waren klitschnass und haben gestunken. Haben mit jemandem der Verwaltung telefoniert, am nächsten Tag sollte jemand kommen und sich kümmern. Dies ist nicht passiert. Haben den Kundenservice von booking kontaktiert, die sich mit den Leuten der Wohnung auseinander gesetzt haben. Da wurden die Probleme geleugnet. Wir sind absolut enttäuscht, unzufrieden und können diese Wohnung leider nicht weiter empfehlen!!
