Équipements techniques de la chambre dépassés. Touridte Pas de possibilité de regler la climatisation. Pas de moyen de contacter l hotel par une ligne directe d ou une securite hors des normes europenne.Inadmissible.

    Fabulous Location

    Fabulous location, view over Piazza San Marco was amazing. A privilege to be able to stay in such a historic building. Perfect for going out early in the morning to take photos before the crowds arrived. Room was large, extremely clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. Extra pillows in the cupboard should you need them. An excellent base to enjoy your holiday from and explore Venice. Good value for money, especially considering the location.

    Not a big deal for us, but no plug for the sink and the jacuzzi bath doesn't work - however there is a shower, and always plenty of hot water.
