  Beautiful comfortable apartment in the heart of a real community

  Wonderful location in friendly neighbourhood with excellent facilities. A real home to come back to after exciting but tiring days out.

  Mycket bra ställe om man vill besöka biennale och inte vara mitt i stan. Finns matbutiker i närheten. Om någon gillar det så var den inredd i "venetiansk" stil med gamla möbler. Det var rent och det fanns diskmedel, kökshandduk och tvål/lotion i små påsar

  Lägenheten ligger ganska högt i fastigheten så man måste gå uppför en brant trappa. Handtvål saknades. Inte så bra kontakt med uthyraren. Han skickade dagen innan vår ankomst ett krångligt program genom vilken man skulle checka in sig. Bl.annat skulle man fotografera sig själv med öppen pass i handen. Jag tyckte att det var ganska integritetskränkande och eftersom mina kompisar inte var på plats gick det inte att göra. Lyckligtvis valde uthyraren en enklade variant av incheckning efter mina protester

  Many house complications on first days of our stay and Managers who thought we were idiots.

  Location - quiet safe. Great A/C and fans and it was very hot outside. Close proximity to restaurants, pharmacies, and markets. Comfortable beds but hard mattresses - many pillows and blankets. Very roomy apartment and good closets. Good internet once connected and good connection to Netflix.

  The high ratings are just not believable - I expected more from Booking.com. NO full fabulous meals can be cooked here unless you eat from a pot on the stove - only microwave rubber tasting food. No toaster-no kitchen towels-no sponge- no basics like sugar, coffee, bottled water (even if just for one day), no ice cubes, no napkins, no paper towels, only tiny packets of shampoo and body wash. Had to pressure the manager to get him to stop by to fix hot water and the internet connection. I had already burned my finger to finally work the Electrolux stove top. No instructions at all on how anything might work. Manager Italo arrives unplanned and asks "Where's the Modem?" as if I was supposed to know! Washer Dryer in lower entry level - we heard noises etc. asked if someone else lived in the small building - Italo says - I do not know. I don't think so. But later I was greeted by a lady doing her laundry one morning. In the description, passed over quickly, are 2 ½ very steep staircases and the timed hall light often goes dark midway up. OK they did send us a bottle of sparkling wine to apologize.
