Not bad, it seems Bournemouth has different standards compared with rest of the places I been in UK
Location, close to beach pubs and centre town, nice staff
Cost - Nothing is good value for money in this area Fridge barley working, shower door stiff, while it wasn't dirty I can't say it was clean either, I can say the same about the instant shower Very hot so we had to sleep with windows open and lisent to seagulls.

Mary is so helpful and makes this place special. Loved the room and the little garden to relax in.
The location was good close to the beach restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and light with 2 windows looking over the garden. Having a fridge and a microwave was a bonus. The beds were comfy and a nice modern bathroom. The best thing was the kind and helpful Mary who made our stay most enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay with a most helpful host. Carol and Tina
