    Location, size, view.

    Not friendly staff, not answering for questions on booking, no hairdryer, no coffee machine, not enough toilet paper (for 4 days for 8 people). There were b8g problems with WI FI.

    Great stay in the lakes

    Great property for a weekend stay in the lakes, loads of space with an amazing kitchen. Really good location just 15mins from Grasmere but between two great pubs. The whole house was very clean and comfortable.

    The WiFi didn't work - I reached out to the property via booking.com and never received a reply.

    Gorgeous house with stunning views that are not captured in the photos! Great location for Grasmere / local pubs such as the Travellers Rest and the Swan. Very spacious inside with more than enough room for 9 adults sharing. Had a lovely bbq outside with great views of the fells. Very kind and helpful interactions with managing staff.

    While the kitchen had adequate crockery / cutlery / cooking utensils it felt a bit under-equipped with other basic things. Some salt and pepper / oil / tin foil / cleaning spray / extra dishwasher tablets / bin bags / tea bags etc would have gone a long way as had to buy all that ourselves! Also no body wash / shampoo etc in the bathrooms. The house was clean enough but there was a strange oily film on most of the surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen (presumably from whatever cleaning product was used?) - had to buy our own cleaning spray to sort!
