    la posizione

    camera minuscola, angusta, odore pesante, la moquette poco igienica, bagno minuscolo. non c'era un mobiletto per posare i bagagli eravamo in tre, forse serviva una camera più grandicella.

    Cosy room , we enjoyed our stay .

    Location , decor , coyness .

    Maybe too much furniture and very little room to move around but it’s only a small critic . The place was really nice .

    A gem of a find, we will be back

    The full English was cooked exactly as I asked, very friendly and professional staff. There is an honesty bar and comfy residents lounge, a bonus.

    There is no parking, but recommend using Charlotte Street car park or Newbridge Park & Ride. This is just an observation

    A great room in a great location.

    We had a great 2 night stay at the end of hiking the Cotswold Trail. Brooks is very close to the trail and an easy 10mins walk into the centre of Bath. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice The staff was great - friendly and good communication. Very highly recommended.
