    Wunderbar 🥰

    Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und doch abseits von der touristischen Masse. Sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht für die Ferien. Wir haben eine unglaublich saubere Wohnung angetroffen. Die Vermieterin ist stets erreichbar und unglaublich lieb. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock und es hat keinen Lift, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Coop, Schiffshaltestelle, Rialto Brücke, Markusplatz und so weiter, alles in Gehdistanz, zwischen 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Auch günstigere Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu finden. Wir durften unsere Koffer zwischenlagern sowohl bei der Ankunft, als auch vor dem Abflug. Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

    Das Bett im oberen Stock unter dem Dach knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Das war nicht so angenehm. Leider hatte es auch einige Mücken, wofür die Vermieterin aber nichts kann. Viele der Fenster hatten Mückengitter. Irgendwie haben die es trotzdem geschafft in die Wohnung zu kommen.

    I'd stay there again

    This was a great apartment. Beautifully appointed and just so cute. A little tricky to find, but the instructions were good. Amazingly quite given how close you were the hussle and bussle.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement pendant nos 3 jours à Venise

    L'endroit est parfait, loin du bruit et de l'agitation mais à la fois proche de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter à Venise. Appartement situé au niveau des toits, très confortable, lumineux et très spacieux, nous étions 3 à loger, avec chacune sa chambre. Propreté impeccable ! La propriétaire Federica est très disponible par message en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement pendant nos 3 jours à Venise.
