    Cute, cosy property with great staff but it’s not 5 star

    Very polite and attentive staff, great location, overall vibe of the building was terrific, bathtub was great, pretty views too

    Disregarded our request to remove diffuser from room which can trigger a flare in my wife’s condition. Low ceilings in room. That the property described itself as 5 star when it definitely wasn’t. It wasn’t made explicitly clear that our room was up several flights of stairs which for my disabled wife wasn’t ideal
