    Un appartement calme et rapidement accessible

    Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme, à distance des circuits touristiques, avec le vaporetto à proximité qui permet de rejoindre Venise très rapidement. Des bars et restaurants que l’on peut rejoindre à moins d’un quart d’heure par ruelles et ponts typiques. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et Lorenzo a répondu à nos questions dès que nous nous sommes installés. Un supermarché à 10mn à pied permet de faire ses courses tranquillement.

    Magnífica ubicación

    La ubicación me pareció magnífica. El apartamento está a un minuto de la parada de vaporetto de S. Alvise. Desde ahí se va facilmente (en vaporetto) a cualquier lugar de Venecia y de la bahía. Y el lugar es muy tranquilo. Lorenzo contestó rápidamente a todas nuestras (pocas) dudas. Fue siempre muy amable. Hay un supermercado bastante cerca (eso no es fácil en Venecia).

    Todo fue estupendamente.
