    BUENA UBICACIÓN, FRIO Y DEMASIADA HUMEDAD

    La ubicación es muy buena.

    Es la tercera vez que voy a la ciudad y este apartamento tiene muchísima humedad, el indicador del piso marcaba 75 y hasta 80 %, es un bajo y Venecia ciudad de canales pero es muchísima humedad para un apartamento habitable. Además olía a humedad mucho por el baño, tiene ambientadores fuertes para ocultar el olor, una persona con aversiones a olores no hubiera aguantado. Fuimos en octubre con temperaturas de mínima de 15 grados en la calle, en esta época empiezan a bajas las temperaturas, y por la noche no ponía la caldera habiendo mucho frío por la mañana y en los momentos en que más estás en el piso, hablamos en varias ocasiones sobre esto con la propiedad.

    Ottima posizione, restauro recentissimo, ottima pulizia, l'affaccio ad un cortile sufficientemente arioso (almeno per Venezia).

    Consiglierei di rivedere la configurazione della cucina inserendo un tavolino con sedie per accogliere 4ps (o almeno 3). Gli spazi ci sono. Da tener presente che mangiar fuori a Venezia è carissimo, quindi poter confidare su una cucina ove si possa consumare almeno un pasto, è un valore aggiunto importante, specie per le famiglie, per le quali questo alloggio risulta adattissimo. Il frigo potrebbe essere piccolo per chi volesse cucinare per 4. Sarebbe ottimo un tostapane. Con questi piccoli accorgimenti l'alloggio è da 10.
