Déçue par ce logement
La décoration « classique chic » de l’appartement est sympa, il y a de grands rangements et il est bien situé par rapport à la piazza del Roma.
Une odeur d’égout vraiment désagréable dans l’appartement : cela serait peut être dû aux travaux qui avaient lieu juste devant l’immeuble selon le loueur. L’appartement étant situé au rez de chaussée, ce n’est pas facile de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes ! La douche est très étroite. La pomme de douche était vraiment sale (elle a été changé lorsque je l’ai signalé). La paroi de douche n’est plus très étanche et l’eau fuyait par terre. Il n’y a pas de meuble pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Au niveau de la cuisine, les équipements sont vraiment minimums : juste une bouilloire, pas de machine à café, pas de grille pain, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de plat pour mettre dans le four sauf les plaques du four. Il y a un lave-linge mais il est interdit de s’en servir! Il est demandé aux locataires de vider les poubelles entre 6h30 et 8h30 le matin quand le bateau poubelle passe !!! On fait comment lorsqu’on quitte le logement un dimanche matin ?! Rapport qualité/prix : cher

The location is just fantastic, is it close to one of the most vibrant districts full of life and great places that work till late, because of the university and students there. The place itself is also great, it's clean, cozy and has everything you might need for a short stay. I alos loke that there is storage for the baggace after checkout just few meters away.
I liked everything, but mind that at least for now there's no washing mashine on disposal for the guests and no iron for the clothes. There is also no safe for the guests of the room.
