Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay
Absolutes Highlight ist die Lage zur Vaporetto Station und einigen Sehenswürdigkeit, die man auch bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Ferienwohnung ist auch recht geräumig für Venedig.
Die Lautstärke vom Pub ist tatsächlich zu beachten, vor allem, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Vor 0:30 Uhr ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Taucht man jedoch sowieso ins Nachtleben von Venedig ein, ist das egal. Die Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Zustand der Wohnung entspricht nur entfernt dem, was man auf den Bildern sehen kann. Einige Dinge sind defekt. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort und dafür war es okay.

Отличное расположение квартиры .Приветливый хозяин. Просторная , большая квартира. Очень удобно для нашей компании, что было 2 ванные комнаты . Проживание оставило приятное впечатление.
Из небольших пожеланий — хотелось бы, чтобы кухонная губка для мытья посуды была новая и чистая к приезду гостей. Это небольшая деталь, но она важна для комфорта и гигиены. Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство!
