    - le calme - les chambres - propreté des draps / serviettes - grand appartement

    - 'un peu loin' du grand canal - pas de cafetière, aucune prestation telle que du thé, du café, du liquide vaisselle, des produits basiques... - salle de bains sale (cuvette sale, sèche serviettes rouillé, joints moisis, pare douche dégueulasse, eau de la baignoire difficile à régler....
