    Si potrebbe fare molto meglio!

    Posizione dell'appartamento. Condizionamento ottimale. Spazi ampi, con 4 letti abbastanza comodi

    Vano doccia completamente da riconsiderare: la porta scorrevole mancante causava ad ogni doccia, pur con le dovute cautele, l'allagamento parziale del bagno. Inutile ed anti igienica la tenda interna alla doccia che avrebbe lo scopo di proteggere la finestra in legno. Per poterla utilizzare, abbiamo effettuato la completa pulizia della doccia. Assenza di appendini per gli asciugamani. Impossibilità di utilizzo degli armadi, in quanto pieni di qualunque cosa Assenza di lavastoviglie; stoviglie presenti sporche. Cortiletto inutilizzabile in quanto estremamente trasandato. Zanzariere presenti ma alcune rotte. L'appartamento andrebbe sottoposto ad una pulizia approfondita e manutenzione straordinaria.

    Die Lage, etwas abseits der großen Touristenströme, trotzdem zentral, ca. 7 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, morgens am Rialtomarkt Fisch und Gemüse kaufen, lecker! Terrasse, die gereinigt wurde, nachdem wir ankamen.

    Etwas feucht und klamm, da Erdgeschoß. Klimaanlage funktionierte leider nicht.
