    Great hotel in a great location

    My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Ca’ Gottardi in Venice. The location was about a 4 minute walk from one of the water bus stations. We did have to go over two smaller bridges but it really wasn’t too bad and we had some heavy suitcases. The hotel staff were amazing and brought most of our suitcases up the stairs in one go. We weren’t able to check in early but we were able to leave our bags so we could explore Venice. The room was large enough for both of us and the bathroom was bigger than expected with a lot of counter space. This was also right on the same street with tons of shopping and two delicious bakeries. We would love to stay here again!

    A perfect home away from home with its warmth and charm

    The staff is super personable, helpful and thoughtful; its location is ideal especially with its door directly to canal; its breakfast is super yummy and coffee bar is ideal.

    Lovely stay in historic property in central Venice

    Good location, nice decor and canal view, breakfast was nice, room very comfortable and quiet despite being near main shopping street, good WiFi

    Front desk not always manned so good idea to take the hotel phone number so you can contact them on arrival
