Emplacement pas dans la foule dans environnement authentique
Au début de notre séjour de 12 jours nous avons eu un peu de difficulté a s’habituer au bruit de bateaux le matin

Nice Apartment in a quiet area, a few issues with the air conditioning
We had a lovely stay at Ca'Lisa. The apartment was nice and comfortable, and it is situated in a pleasant, generally quiet area.
The main thing to be aware of is that the river can be quite noisy, which is understandable given that it is a major waterway. Also, if you are visiting during hot weather, be prepared for mosquitoes, particularly near the river. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay, which made the hot weather less comfortable and meant we had to rely on open windows, contributing to the problem with mosquito bites. There was also some unfortunate miscommunication with the owner regarding the air conditioning issue, which was disappointing. Overall, the apartment has plenty of positives, but these issues did affect our experience.

Appartement situé dans le quartier du Castello, un peu à l’écart de l’hyper-zone touristique, mais bien plus authentique. Parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. En prime, la vue dégagée donnant sur un canal.
Ce n’est pas un inconvénient, mais l’appartement est situé au 2étage et l’accès se fait par les escaliers.

Une très bonne adresse dans Castello
L’appartement est vaste, très propre et bien équipé. Le lit est grand et très confortable. L’emplacement à l’écart est assez tranquille.
