First of all, I have to say that the host was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, whenever we had a question or encountered any issue, he was always available and responded immediately — at any hour, even very late at night. His service, kindness, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. As for the apartment — WOW! It is absolutely beautiful, extremely comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. You honestly don’t need to buy anything. The kitchen has everything: all the necessary utensils, an excellent gas stove and oven, a microwave, a fantastic refrigerator, and plenty of space. There is also a beautiful dining table, lots of wardrobes and storage space, and everything is arranged in a very comfortable and welcoming way. For me, this was not just an apartment — it felt like a small palace. We had an amazing experience and truly felt at home. The location is also fantastic. Everything you need is very close by. Within about 100 meters you can find restaurants, cafés, shops, and other places, making the location extremely convenient. Beautiful apartment, excellent location, and an outstanding host. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended

Quieter place to stay in Venice
The apartment is in quieter part of Venice, but within walking distance of the main sights. The apartment has everything one needs, including tea/coffee, some biscuits and all the kitchen utensils. There is also a supermarket nearby. Contacting the owner was easy and the lady who met us and showed us around the apartment explained everything very clearly, even if mostly in Italian.

La casa è proprio piacevole, con un delizioso balconcino che dà su un piccolo canale. Si trova in una zona fantastica, fuori dal caos turistico, a due passi dalla biennale, il vaporetto è a pochi minuti, in via Garibaldi ci sono tutti i servizi che servono.
