    Familienwohnung an authentischer Lage

    Venedig hat trotz Massentourismus authentische ruhige Ecken und genau hier befindet sich diese Wohnung unweit der Vapretto Ca D'oro Station oder 30min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Um die Ecke fahren auch die Schiffe zu den anderen Inseln (Tipp: Burano&Torcello) los und abends kann man lokal am Kanal Essen (Fdm. Misericordia, Bild). Die Wohnung im 2. Stock entspricht der Beschreibung und ist verwinkelt. Beide Zimmer haben je ein kleines, enges Bad mit WC/Lavabo und beim Kinderzimmer (Kajüttenbetten) noch eine Dusche. Beim Elternzimmer (Bett 140cm) hat es im Bad eine Waschmaschine. Der Salon (mit PayTV) und die Küche (mit Gasherd) verbinden die beiden Zimmer. Kommunikation, Checkin und auch Zahlung wird übers Handy abgewickelt.

    Die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer sind sehr hart. Zurzeit tagsüber Lärm von 8 bis 18 Uhr, aufgrund einer Gebäudesanierung (Bild) vis à vis. Mückenplage auch tagsüber, leider hat es keine Gitter an den Fenstern. Mückenschläger mitnehmen und Repellent. Oropax für Langschläfer*innen.
