The Food Absolutely outstanding! The quality, taste, and variety exceeded expectations and were easily the highlight of our trip The Staff Incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful The Aqua Park Very spacious, well-kept, and lots of fun
Property Condition A huge disappointment for a 5-star rated hotel. The property is quite run-down and in desperate need of comprehensive renovations. The issue isn't the housekeeping team, but rather the worn-out furniture and aging facilities. Misleading Rooms Upon check-in, we were assigned an extremely dated room that looked straight out of the 1990s and bore no resemblance to the photos on Booking.com. We were only moved to an updated room matching the photos after escalating the issue and contacting Booking customer service. Elevator Bottleneck Only one lift was operational while the other two were out of service throughout our stay. It was perpetually overcrowded, and waiting for it consumed an absurd amount of our holiday time.
