Delightful accommodation!
The welcome from Mrs. Bruna, the owner, on arrival was lovely, and we continued our chat the following day after breakfast. Jess and Marco were equally warm and welcoming: I really appreciated the time they took to help me. The space at the back of the property is really beautiful, with olive, lemon and fig trees. Cambridge villa is a short stroll from the centre of Warwick, passing a park, and some delightful independent shops, such as the Portugeuse bakery. I had an excellent evening meal at the Roebuck Inn.
It was tricky to find the turning off the main road into the lane which led to the parking, but it would be much easier with a passenger to spot it! As a single female, I would have preferred a room closer to the reception: my room felt a bit isolated, even though it looked out onto the main road. I have made a note to myself to ask for this next time I book a room when alone. The decoration - and the 4-poster bed in my room, made me feel like I was in Italy!

would stay again as the location was just great and so was the welcome
Great welcome from the "Italian Mama" and her family. Really good, freshly cooked breakfast. The location was brilliant -just a short walk into town. Bus stop just outside for a trip into Leamington or Stratford. Local parks were lovely. The Mill House Garden was a great place to sit and relax - well worth a visit.
A slip mat for the bath would be good please. It's a deep bath and people might have difficulty climbing in and out. A biscuit with the tea tray?
