Yester year
The ambience of the 500 year old cottage. We had a lovely stay for 2 nights....everything you need is there....shops are within walking distance....Warwick Castle is just up a lane....good to have parking on site.

Characterful B&B near key sites in Warwick
Great location in a beautiful historic building. Janet the owner greeted me warmly and showed me to my lovely room and made some great recommendations for my friend and I to visit. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

The epitome of B&Bs!
This was truly a dream spot. Everything was immaculate (the room, service and communication by proprietors, food served, walking distance to shops and Warwick Castle.) Janet and her husband were thoroughly exceptional. It felt like a 5-star hotel experience wrapped in a charming cottage environment. I still cannot get over how adorable the room was!

A treat of an experience taking you into the heart of history.
The warm welcome and friendly conversation. Charming decor, four poster bed in the Elizabeth room, personally chosen for us by host because of its name. Historical aspect of architecture, unusual and distinctive appearance of exterior. Comfortable bed, quiet night, in walking distance of town, excellent cooked breakfast with prepared melon, good coffee. Flexibility over parking, leaving the car for time before check in and after check out. Would stay again.
All was most enjoyable. Two minor points of kindly constructive feedback, easily fixed. Bedroom door squeaky which could disturb other residents. Kettle did not seem to pour smoothly.
