    Really beautiful terrace! It was lovely to sit there with morning coffee or an evening drink, watching the stars. Location couldn't be better. Host was really kind and helpful.

    Charming and comfortable and well located

    I love Roberta, who is so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is charming and very well located. I rebooked for a second visit for these reasons.

    I am sorry to say, the apartment feels a bit tired, and would benefit from some refurbishment, particularly the bathroom, which doesn’t really compare to other rentals. The business is so competitive, it would be a good investment.

    Excellent base for exploring Orvieto

    Very convenient location within a few minutes walk of the Funiculare top station and the shops and restaurants on Corso Cavour. Roberta met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment which was very clean and well equipped. The terrace was a delightful and quiet place to relax away from the crowds on the Corso Cavour. If you are taller than 5'10" (178cm) you might have to bend in the shower.

    Don˙t book this apartment, you deserve something better

    Good location.

    The kitchen was not properly cleaned, the shower cubicle was too small and too low, the bed was uncomfortable, the walls were damaged and dirty, the bedroom carpet was old and stained, and the towels were worn out. Most disappointing, however, was the host's apparent lack of concern. After we submitted a complaint, there was no adequate response.
