    Great Location - peaceful, few tourists

    Really romantic and convenient location if you're coming by the Biennale. Close to cheaper but high quality restaurants and you're in the most "local" part of venice. Still only a 10 minute walk from San Marco Basillica. The space is spacious (for Venice) and you're literally sleeping with water moving around you.

    Very few things - There were rats around outside and lots of mosquitos - but this is life in a canal-city. I personally liked the location but if you want to see the Rialto Bridge, Ghetto or Guggenheim expect to walk 30 mins just to get there.

    Fantastische ligging. Heel rustig. Zalig klein terras. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is voorzien. Goed contact met de eigenaar.

    Het zetelbed was niet opgedekt en ook niet erg proper. De volgende morgen is dat in orde gebracht.

    Tolle Infos vom Vermieter, er war stets zu erreichen. Ausserdem bekamen wir ein Super-Angebot das uns die Rückreise sehr erleichterte. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

    Schöne kleine Bleibe.

    Alles für den Selbstversorger Bedarf vorhanden, sehr gute Ausstattung, inklusive einer Klimaanlage. Praktischer kleiner Innenhof zum Wäsche trocknen.

    Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, im Schlafzimmer ein Standventilator.
