Small but good location - no air con in 2nd bedroom
Location is great - right in the heart of San Marco square making it easy to walk everywhere. Tucked behind some other buildings means zero view but it was also very quiet. Hosts were very helpful, responsive and lovely to deal with.
The biggest issue is there is no air conditioning in the 2nd room with the 2 single beds so we ended up using the somewhat uncomfortable sofa bed in the living area instead. It was lucky we were only 2 people staying as it was way too hot to have used the room with the singles. The host was most accommodating with providing sheets and can’t fault their assistance. There is also no view from the apartment - you look straight into others homes so we kept the shutters closed for privacy and noise which worked well. If view is what you’re seeking, you would need to pay more $$ or move further out from this centre. The courtyard entry is where they put out their garbage so it’s not a welcoming sight but you can look past that given the location.

We absolutely loved this apartment — it truly immersed us in the authentic atmosphere of Venice. The interior is full of charming details and classic Venetian style, which made our stay feel special and memorable. The location is perfect, just a minute from St. Mark’s Square, yet still quiet and cozy. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the real spirit of Venice.
