Great location and great accommodations
The location was amazing. I was minutes from San Marco Square. I also was only about 6 minutes from the valparento water bus. The apartment was very nice, very comfortable, and had all the conveniences of home. The owner was very communicative and willing to answer any questions. She was very nice, very respectful, and very professional. I would definitely rent this apartment again.
The apartment is on the second floor, so they were stairs that I had to carry my luggage up to. However, I knew all about this long before my stay. We had four different apartments between my group, and this is the norm for Venice to have apartments on different floors. There are not any ground floor apartments.

Blizina atrakcija.

Escellent location and comfortable, clean room to explore Venecia .
Location is perfect less than a minute walk to piazza san marcos, on a quiet street. Everything close, shopping, dinning, bars, etc.. Comfortable room with full kitchen for breakfast and eventually cooking (we did not do that) or buying something (food, antipasti, wine) at close supermarket or salumerias.
Just a detail. 200 euros deposit in cash may be an inconvenience. should be able to do it through credir/card. Not clear enough in advance.
