    Nice and clean. Lots of facilities. Great communication with the owner.

    The only option to pay was in cash upon arrival and the person we had to pay to did not speak any English so not very welcoming to foreigners. The advert stated it would be more of a hotel style reception for the apartment, this was not how I would describe this.

    Хорошие апартаменты.

    Хорошие апартаменты, если большую часть отпуска планируете провести на Принцевых островах - до паромов недалеко. Ездить в центр гулять немного далековато.

    Отзывчивый хозяин. Помог найти жилье. Был на связи и достаточно оперативно предоставлял то, чего не было в квартире(утюг, туалетную бумагу). Наличие WiFi. Квартира не прокуренная. Чистый подъезд и лифт. Спокойный район. Недалеко до набережной. Рядом ММ Migros.

    Чистота 6/10. Грязные шторы, тюль, волосы на покрывалах и постели. Синтетическое постельное белье. Утюг ужасно нагревался и вонял.
