A beautifully rustic and peaceful place to stay.
The apartment sits in a perfect spot in Boscastle. A very beautiful and quiet area. Our host came to see us soon after we arrived and was so lovely, friendly and welcoming. She talked us through places of interest around the area that we might like to check out and was very helpful when we needed to ask any questions regarding the acommodation during our stay. The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed, the living room was comfortable and cosy with a great fire place. There's a TV and dvd player should you like to watch something from the decent small collection of dvd's. There is even board games in one of the drawers. The bathroom is fantastic with a really good powerful shower and an amazing bath to soak your bones after walking the cliffs around the Boscastle area. I cannot rate this place enough! Thank you for a really amazing stay :)

Lovely stay in the heart of Boscastle
Great location, a few minutes walk downhill brings you straight into the village. The accommodation is lovely and is a perfect size for one or two people. Kitchen facilities are exceptional (great oven and coffee maker too) and the washing machine is a bonus. Comfy bed, cosy living room area, double glazed so nice and quiet. The bathroom is big and having the choice of either the shower or claw foot bath tub is a luxury. Parking space on the driveway is convenient. There is a lovely garden and seating area opposite the front door of the flat and is in an elevated position. Host is friendly and welcoming. I had a great stay, thanks :)
Really not much to dislike! The only thing I noticed (when I dropped something on the floor that rolled under the bed), was the amount of dust and cobwebs around the underside of the bed and on the tiled floor. The dust was very thick so it has been months, if not a year or more, since that was last scrubbed clean. The stairs from the drive to the house are very steep and require caution; there is a lot of garden overgrowth at the sides and almost across some of these steps which is a trip hazard.

Such a cute studio flat, in a great location - just a short walk to the harbour. Georgina was lovely and gave great tips. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a couple night’s stay.
