A very uncomfortable stay that had to be cut short, but those running the property were very caring.
The communication was great from those running the property and everything was clean and tidy.
Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short as the property was unsuitable for us. It was a hot week in Lucerne and there was no air conditioning in the property. There was a fan but this wasn’t much help in the extreme heat. The large windows and glass doors only had thin net curtains, which made it difficult to keep the sun and heat out. The property is also overlooked by neighbouring properties and gardens. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

周りが住宅地で落ち着いて静かな宿でした。 部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 お皿やコップなどの食器と小さめのキッチンが付いているので、朝食も準備しやすかったです。
入口が少し分かりづらかったです。 また入口が狭いのでスーツケースなど重い荷物を運ぶのが少し大変でした。
