    Incredibly quiet for a good night's sleep!

    The house is in a great location, not too far away from Nottingham. We took the tram from the park and ride - it was approximately 15 minutes to the car park and then perhaps another 30 mins to the city centre. However, it's also a short walk to the train station. We didn't see a lot of the host but she was very friendly and welcoming. The self serve breakfast worked for us but may not be for everyone. There was plenty of cereal, bread for toast, eggs and pain au chocolats, however it would have been good to have some croissants, yoghurts and porridge pots just to widen the selection. There were also bottles of orange juice and tea and coffee making facilities. It was nice having games in the breakfast room (not that we played any of them) but it would have been a nice place to work in, if needed, or an expansion of your room. The bed was very comfortable. Considering the house is on a main road it was incredibly quiet. The room was quite compact but had everything needed. I like the automatic lights which came on in the bathroom, corridor, etc. Overall a fab place and we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Absolutely fab price for a 2 night stay. Thank you!

    As already said above, I think there could have been more choice at breakfast. When arriving at the property we missed the house at first so perhaps better signage could be helpful.

    My opinion

    Peaceful location, not far from shops and train station

    Bed was a bit uncomfortable, entrance could be clearer ie a sign in the hedges a bit before

    Not bad

    Nice bedroom and well stocked breakfast room

    No normal coffee in the room or breakfast room, just decaffeinated. Mould or dirt on bottom of shower cubicle.
