    We had a good time.

The property was clean and well furnished. Plenty of space yet perfect for the three generations of family who were meeting up for a family wedding

On Friday the building next door were using drills and hammers, but they were considerate enough not to start work until 9 am

Had a really good stay, would recommend

Spacious, clean, well maintained. Comfortable beds.

Nothing all was good. Could do with a breadboard and a milk jug in the kitchen . But otherwise all you needed.

    Wonderful stay in York

The host, Martyn, was absolutely brilliant at communicating before the stay. We had a toddler with us and he set up stairgates and the cot in preparation for our arrival. We got a lovely welcome pack too, which was very much appreciated. The accommodation is brilliant. Loads of space, very well equipped and a great social space for families. The outside space with the hot-tub is sheltered and very relaxing. Parking is off-road. Lovely chip shop nearby and the walk into town was very straightforward. We had an such a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation again.

    No complaints, everything was brilliant.
