    Beautifully designed clean hotel with friendly staff.

    The staff at this location were so friendly. The room was really clean and met all our expectations. The hotel itself has such attention to detail and you can tell that a lot of love and care has been put into the decor. It is also well situated in Venice.

    There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

    Ein Juwel mitten in der Stadt

    Das Haus ist ein Juwel mitten in der Stadt. Sehr gut gelegen, Biennale mit Arsenale ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist superfreundlich, die Zimmer - ich konnte auswählen, welches ich wollte - waren sehr gross. Die Lounge direkt am Wasser und mit Innenhof ist perfekt für eine Pause oder zum Lesen/Arbeiten. Ein wunderbarer Fund.

    Merveilleux séjour à Venise

    Nous avons passé 4 jours de rêve à Venise et nous avons particulièrement apprécié cet hotel/palais, très bien placé dans le quartier Castello à proximité de San Marco et de l'embarcadère pour aller dans les îles, et qui bénéficie d'une entrée où on peut arriver en bateau. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Catarina (polyglotte) qui était très à l'écoute.
