    Staff were lovely, steam room was very hot, liked the vintage paintings in the spa - gives it real character

    Sauna wasn't even warm, wooden slats were broken with rough edges, massive hole in the ceiling of the spa, bedroom had a huge stain on the carpet which I assume is from a burst pipe at some point because the smell of mildew and damp was powering. I woke up several times in the night feeling like I was choking because the smell was so acrid. Also no lights or plugs by the bedside.
