Lovely quiet break in central spot for visits to Usk, Raglan, Brecon, Cardiff and Tintern Abbey.
Very quiet location with view over the countryside, 2 minutes from good roads to visit anywhere nearby and further afield. Property spacious and well equipped.
Intermittent WIFI at times, not entirely a bad thing, but worth knowing. A wee note on the booster would have warned me not to switch it off… Sorry for the inconvenience of the phone call…

A fabulous rural retreat!
A wonderful well thought out spacious property. The pictures don’t do it justice - we were blown away with the space inside. The accommodation has all you could need for an enjoyable stay. Outdoor space was great too with a lovely view - was ideal to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you want to get away from it all this would be an ideal property ( the owner lives to the left of the property but is unobtrusive ) but you can jump in the car and enjoy some more of Wales amazing scenery. The Hall Inn is under 10 minutes walk away where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Would also recommend a visit to Morris of Usk garden centre - fabulous shop and cafe.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside
Fabulous location, peaceful lovely view of the countryside. Very spacious, excellent kitchen facilities. Couldn’t actually fault it.
Only one downside is the internet reception is not great. Maybe due to the hot summers additional fans.

The property was excellent. It is much bigger than in the pictures and has so much space. All the furnishings were well thought out, everything you’ll need and the bed is extremely comfortable. The view was stunning - just right for a nice glass wine! The owner was very welcoming.
It’s not that we didn’t like it but it is important to note the owner lives in the bungalow right next door. When you are sat on the deck, they can see you and you can see them. It didn’t really bother us and he was absolutely lovely but I feel this is missed from the description. We may have chosen to stay somewhere else if we’d known as naturally you are a bit conscious of it.
