Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Desert Rose Resort und konnten als Familie viele schöne Erinnerungen sammeln. Positiv: - Personal: Aussergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Personal macht das Hotel wirklich besonders. - Animation: Ein grosses Dankeschön an Mo, Omar, Mido und Youssef für die tolle Unterhaltung und die gute Stimmung. -Service: Vielen Dank an Ibrahim, Yassin, Sascha und das gesamte Serviceteam für ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit. - Küche: Besonderer Dank an Chef Tarek und Mustafa für die liebevoll angerichteten Obstplatten. - Yoga: Olga ist eine hervorragende Yoga-Lehrerin. Besonders der Sunrise Yoga am frühen Morgen hat uns sehr gefallen und war ein wunderschöner Start in den Tag. - Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas älter, waren aber stets sehr sauber. - Aktivitäten: Ein tolles Angebot, bei dem die ganze Familie Spass hatte.
Verbesserungspotenzial: - Essen: Das Buffet war gut, könnte jedoch etwas mehr Abwechslung bieten. - Spa: Der Bereich war angenehm, könnte aber ebenfalls eine Renovierung vertragen.

We recently had the pleasure of returning to Desert Rose Resort, and once again, our stay was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. While the resort’s beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities made our visit enjoyable, what really made it memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Samar El Nobi from Guest Relations, who provided exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with genuine warmth and made sure all our arrangements were perfectly taken care of. We would also like to express our appreciation to Mr. Mohamed Reda, who welcomed us warmly and made the check-in process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. His friendly attitude and professionalism helped us feel at home from the very first moment. Our sincere thanks to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. It is the dedication and kindness of people that make Desert Rose Resort stand out and keep us looking forward to returning again.
