The flat was very comfy and clean, the shower was brilliant

The accommodation was ideal except for the fact that it is situated on a main road into Durham and It was impossible to sleep after a certain time in the morning, fortunately the couch was comfy to sleep on so I used that instead of the bed, my friend who I was with didn't have the same problem because she is partially deaf. Because of that I sadly wouldn't stay there again

We were very comfortable in the flat and it was ideal for getting to the city centre in 10 mins

We were told to collect the key from a shop but couldn't find the name given. We asked in a shop and were told to go to the lane running along the back where we'd find a lock box. Not sure why we had to go to the shop!

There had obviously been water damage from the roof some time ago and as a result a lot of staining on the ceiling as well as peeling paint, flakes of which fell to the floor. Also a large number of cobwebs around.

Location was a little out of the centre of Durham but easily accessible by public transport. The property was clean and met our expectations.

Great location for visit to Durham City, clean and comfy.

Lovely and clean white bedding and towels. Host was great and allowed an earlier check in. Location great for Durham with bus outside on main road. Taxi cost between £9 - £10. Shops handy for supplies. Beds very comfy and good pillows and quilt.

A bit of mould in bathroom but it was very clean. Mark on carpet covered with tiny rug - a bigger rug would look better. No kitchen utensils for cooking ( on pic) and pans a bit worn. No tea or coffee or mini toiletries provided - we didn't bring as on pics ? The entrance looks a bit tatty and could do with a weed and tidy.
