    Bad and inaccurate advertising

I did not stay there. The entire place was totally different from what was advertised. It was a scam advertised as a 4 star hotel but is actually a 2 star motel. The entrance was a narrow stairs where there's no space. The lobby was small narrow tight with plastic bags on the floor loose wiring hanging from stairs and lights and they gave me a scary dingy basement room. I did not feel safe and checked out straightaway. I should be getting a refund Do not stay and the hotel should not deceive people

    As above
