    L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, pulito e silenzioso. L'imbarco dei vaporetti è a poca distanza, e sul corso c'è tutto quello che serve (farmacia, supermercato, ristoranti, bar,..). Inoltre, in agenzia sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno consentito il check-in anticipato. Ci torneremo senz'altro!

    Great comfortable base for exploring Venice.

    Great spot - clean, comfortable and felt very safe. Perfect for the art Bienalle, food shops and bars and restaurants. On first floor so just one small staircase to navigate with luggage. Great communication with the hosts.

    Not much to not like. It doesn’t have a view but we knew that and we were out for all the day enjoying the Venice views on foot!

    Bien, pero mucho calor en verano, hay que reajustar aire acondicionado y ventilador

    Su ubicación y bastante completo. El dormitorio muy fresco

    Hay que acondicionar mejor el comedor y el aire acondicionado para el verano. Hacía mucho calor en Venecia y el sol da al comedor muchas horas, hace mucho calor ahí. En el comedor hay un sofá cama, el ventilador de techo del comedor hacía mucho ruido y por eso no lo poníamos de noche. Hay un aparato de aire acondicionado en el pasillo pero solo refresca el pasillo, debería refrescar el comedor y además, ajustar el ventilador de techo para que no haga tanto ruido.
