    Personale perfetto, zona molto bella

    Il personale è veramente splendido, molto gentile e davvero mette a suo aggio il cliente. la facciata è molto bella la zona anche.

    Purtroppo, la pulizia della camera lasciava molto a desiderare. Ho trovato dei residui di sporco nero sul pavimento e un evidente alone di ruggine intorno alla base del WC. Un'altro problema riguardava la vasca da bagno: dopo ogni doccia fuoriusciva una notevole quantità d'acqua, che arrivava addirittura fino al corridoio della camera. Inoltre, la camera era scarsamente insonorizzata e si sentivano chiaramente tutti i rumori provenienti dall'esterno. Nel complesso, questi aspetti hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole di quanto mi aspettassi. Credo che la struttura dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, alla manutenzione e al comfort delle camere dato che si tratta di hotel a 5 stelle.

    Super happy with the place. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to anyone.

    It's a little far from the center of town but SO convenient to the Tram 1 that takes you where you want to go. Why deal with the congestion of the city when you can have a nice size room, great staff especially the check in staff an bell hops and a quiet place. Would highly recommend. Worth the extra 20 minutes on the tram!

    Paying for a swim cap. If you require a swim cap, then they should be part of the stay. Paying for tea and coffee at arrival was a bit steep too. Breakfast is outstanding. Coffee/tea and all selections were excellent.
