  Multiple times the water wouldn’t work and there was also no hot water at all in the main bathroom. We were only given 1 key between 5 people before we asked for another which isn’t enough still.

  La ubicación es buena y la casa está bien decorada, el living es cómodo.

  No había casi elementos de limpieza y la cocina solo tenía cosas básicas, no pudimos usar el horno porque no había ni una asadera. Un baño estaba en el lavadero que era una parte de la casa mucho más fría y nunca pudimos encender el agua caliente de esa ducha, por lo cual siempre usamos una sola ducha para 8 personas. La ducha que pudimos usar también era muy difícil de regular la temperatura del agua.

  Sehr zentrale Lage

  Das Appartement hat kein zweites Badezimmer. das sogenannte 2. Badezimmer befindet sich auf einer umgebauten Terasse des Appartemens. Diese Terrasse hat zwar eine Glasfront als Abgrenzung nach aussen, aber nicht bis ganz oben. bedeutet von oben kommt die Aussenluft ungehindert herein.

  Good value, great host.

  Euler was very attentive - Spacious apartment - hot water for showers Supermarket close by

  heating - gas heater quite dangerous. I would highly recommend buying a few electric heaters and charging more per night - we would have stayed an additional 5 nights and paid more if the heating was better and i suspect a lot of overseas guests would too :) The kitchen was not very clean. washing machine advertised but there is not one.

  A really bad experience in wonderful cusco, especially after long and tiring days exploring nature

  Almost nothing. It was big and relatively close to the centre, around 20 minutes walk

  The apartment was colder than outside, when we asked for a heater the owner told us to pay 70 soles… with 2 degrees outside. The apartment was unsanitary and dusty, the walls were full of cracks. We were only provided a body towel for 7 days, no face or hands towel, and, although we asked for change, the owner deceived us and never brought any new. Half of the listed amenities were not included (no hairdried, no iron, no washing machine, no dvds or consoles and many more). The apartment had 0 ventilation and our towels were always humid. We couldnt control the water temperature of the shower, it was either boiling hot or cold. We were really sad to return back to this apartment after long hikes in Cusco. And of course, the owner denied a refund for this horrible experience
