    Victorian House Andover

    The house is roomy . Garden is spacious.Well equipped kitchen with a big fridge, decent size freezer and dishwasher! 3 toilets ! Spacious double bedrooms.Private driveway for parking 2 cars. Lovely dinning room area with a big table to sit 6 comfortably. Downstairs toilet and utility room.

    The beds were squeaky . Only 2 double beds upstairs. Small shower cubicle. In total 4 bedrooms, one downstairs next to the lounge with double bed and three upstairs bedrooms. Massive bath in the upstairs main bathroom .. maybe a bit too big ! ? Damp at the top of the stairs and damp smell in the main bathroom.

    By today’s standard you would not define this as an ‘executive’ property more of well worn family home in need of some good TLC.

    Certainly NOT Executive

    Good location

    Very tired interior. It felt like a stay at an elderly relative's house. Old pine furniture, worn out carpets, and general grubbiness. Exterior needs attention.

    Comfortable and convenient

    Fantastic location, near Chinese, Indian restaurants. Rare to find parking this convenient. Peaceful backyard.
