It would be great if you can build a place to park vehicles.
If I were to say the hotel has the best view in Kandy, I would say it's very beautiful and the rooms are clean.
It would be good if there was a parking lot, because there was no place to park our car, we had to park on the road and our car was badly damaged.

Great place for an overnight stay in Kandy and/or during Perahera.
We found this place during Perahera and enjoyed one night. The view on the city of Kandy is amazing and the walk to downtown (if you find the shortcuts) is very short.
