Nice visit.
Great location, clean, nice welcome pack, v good communication with host.
Outside area needs a good cleaning. Boiler noise in the middle of the night.

Leaving!
The property had an extremely strong and persistent smell of dog hair and dander throughout the accommodation. The odour was immediately noticeable and made the property feel unhygienic and unsuitable for a comfortable stay. The smell was so unpleasant that we ultimately decided to leave the accommodation early rather than remain there for the duration of our booking. This significantly affected our experience and was well below the standard of cleanliness we expected.

Good stay
Very close to the centre of Barmouth. Courtyard for the dog. Parking permit included.
Sofa is too small for two people to sit comfortably and the TV is quite small. Quite noisy when the window is open - very loud seagulls and locals chatting nearby.
